1. Cucumbers

They contain many specific phytocompounds such as quercetin and kemferol, which have a positive effect on human health. They have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral effects, soothe the unwanted nose. In addition, they protect the liver cells of an organ that cleanses the body of various types of toxins and harmful compounds.

Chrzan has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, fungal, and antiparasitic properties, stimulates the immune system, warms the body, and, when combined with honey, fights the flu, just as onion is a natural antibiotic that is particularly effective for upper respiratory tract infections.

4. Peanuts

Garlic is another natural antibiotic that contains many biologically active compounds, such as allicin and alanine. It reacts and stimulates circulation, exhibits antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Importantly, garlic is effective at low concentrations even compared to antibiotic strains. In order for garlic to act like an antibiotic, it needs to be properly prepared.

5. Ginger

Ginger root contains many bioactive ingredients that have a positive effect on the human body. Ginger has antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fever effects. It warms up well, so it is recommended for colds, nosebleeds and bronchitis. It is recommended to use fresh ginger root as it is more effective in preventing and fighting diseases than dried ginger.

6. Honey from the bees

Honey's health properties have been known since ancient times. Each type of honey has a different composition and properties. It has antibacterial properties, which are supportive of the flavonoids, such as kemferol or quercetin found in honey. It is also important in this regard that it contains lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.
