1. The nutritional value

It is low in carbohydrates, contains no fiber, and vitamins are present in trace amounts. The macro- and micro-elements are: sodium: 1442 mg, potassium: 82 mg, calcium: 891 mg,?? phosphorus: 635 mg, magnesium: 54 mg, iron: 0.9 mg, zinc: 3.69 mg, copper: 0.4 mg, manganese: 0.07 mg.

2. Source of calcium and phosphorus

It is necessary for the proper functioning of the bone system. Additionally, calcium is involved in blood clotting, promoting proper function of the heart and the entire vascular system. It is present in phosphorus, like calcium, in the proper mineralization of teeth and bones. The daily calcium requirement is about 1000 mg. It builds teeth and bone, prevents the development of osteopenia and osteoporosis. It influences the flow of nerve stimuli and hormonal regulation.
