Por is a vegetable that, along with garlic, onion and spinach, belongs to the onion family.

1. The following is the list of vitamins and minerals used in the preparation:

The por contains in its composition B vitamins B1 (0.1 mg/100 g), B2 (0.1mg/100 g) B3 (0.6 mg/100g), B6 (0.2 mg/100 gr), folic acid (56.0 μg/100 g); vitamin C (20, 2 mg/100 G), vitamin E (0.5 mg/100G) and pro-vitamin A (148μg/100 G).

2. Mineral components found in time

It is a non-haemic iron that is only 5% absorbed by the body, but iron bioavailability increases in the presence of vitamin C, which is also present in season. 3. It's anti-cancer

It has been shown that high intake of onion vegetables, including the season, helps to reduce the risk of gastric cancers.

4. The source of the sulfur

It protects the liver cells, helps the body to grow properly, and contributes to the production of substances such as choline and creatine. Sulfur is an element that does not occur in food alone, but is a component of the amino acids sulphur methionine, cysteine and cine, and vitamins thiamine and biotin. Choline supports the work of the brain, whereas creatine is part of muscle tissue, plays a very important role in energy metabolism. Por is the source of these substances, and therefore exhibits positive properties.
