How many calories does pear have? What is its nutritional value?

The most well-known varieties include Konference, Klapsa,Lukasówka or General Leclerc. Pears are one of the most popular fruits in Poland alongside apples. These fruits are valued because of their high content of fiber and mineral components such as potassium or calcium. They are available almost all year round.

1. The nutritional value

An additional advantage is the high content of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6), A and E. The nutritional value of 100 g of the product: Calories: 58 kcal, Protein: 0.6 g, ?? Fat: 0.2 g, Carbohydrate: 14.4 g,?? Fiber: 2.1 g. 100 g peas contain 58 Kcal. Fats are a source of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.

2. Peas are good for drinking and jogging

Pectins combine with water, loosen the stool, and facilitate emptying. The peaches contained in dried peas retain water in the body, which can help reduce bone mass and the frequency of emptiness. In this case, it is advisable to eat ripe peas with a higher content of simple sugars. Interestingly, these fruits are also recommended for diarrhea. Peaches due to their content of pectin (a water-soluble fiber) are recommended for people struggling with constipation and emptyment problems.

3. Peas are good for your health

It is recommended that patients reach for hard and less ripe fruits to minimize the sugar content. This is especially important for pregnant women or those planning to get pregnant. Potassium in turn has a positive effect on the water-electricity economy, the blood system, and regulates blood pressure. Their glycemic index is 38, so they can be consumed by people with diabetes. The follicles contained in peas affect the work of the brain and the nervous system. Lack of this ingredient may contribute to improper development of the fetal nerve tissue.

4. It's for allergy sufferers

Not everyone knows that people who are allergic to the pollen of certain trees, such as nuts, grasses, herbs, should not eat pears during the flowering period of the plants mentioned above because of the so-called cross-reaction. People with pear allergies should avoid these fruits in their diet. A person begins to experience symptoms of allergy to pollen during or immediately after eating pears fever, sneezing, swelling. Sometimes even a small amount can contribute to anaphylactic shock, which threatens health and even life.
