Ready-made mussels, which can be found in stores, very often contain many other additives, including a large amount of sugar. Mussels are a very popular product, especially among dieters. Is it worth eating mussels and which ones to choose when shopping? It consists of grains, fruits, seeds and nuts.

1. High nutritional value

The caloric value of the various types of mussels available on the Polish market varies between 340460 kcal/100 g. They are mainly composite sugars (microbes) that are slowly digested in the digestive tract and therefore cause a slow rise in blood sugar levels and provide energy for a long time. The seeds and nuts present in the mixture are a source of healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fats. The nutritional value of seafood mussels depends on the composition, which may vary for specific products. The product consists mostly of 100 g of carbohydrates and contains an average of 60 70 g of these products.

3. It's a rich source of dietary fiber

They are a nutrient for the gut microflora. In addition, they reduce the calorie content of the diet and provide a feeling of satiety through digestion in the intestines. A mixture of mustles in 100 g contains an average of 710 g of dietary fiber. The fiber increases the removal of toxins, cholesterol, triglycerides and excess bile acids from the body. It binds the feces and regulates their release, so that the fecal mass is not lacking in the dietary tract.

4. A source of vitamins and minerals

In addition, they contain a number of vitamins and mineral ingredients such as B vitamins, vitamin E, zinc, potassium, iron, calcium. They are recommended for the prevention of osteoporosis. They regulate digestion and are effective for problems with appetite; they contain minerals such as zinc, lime, potash, iron and magnesium. They also regulate the metabolism and mineral composition of the body. Of course, they are derived from its major sources of calcium, vitamin B1, B2, B3, and B6, which are important sources of vitamin B, which also provide a good source of calcination in the blood.
