You can find dozens of marshmallows, hams, and snacks on store shelves, most of which are used to make sandwiches or toast, and consumers typically choose pork hams that contain a lot of fat, dyes, flavor enhancers, and preservatives.

1. The nutritional value

100 g pork ham contains 126 kcal, of which more than 30% is fat. This product provides a large amount of sodium and slightly less potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Hemp is a poor source of vitamins. 2. It's a source of sodium

100 grams of ham is enough sodium to meet almost half of the daily sodium requirements for both men and women. This is a frightening amount, so we should try to limit the amount of sodium in our daily diet. Excess sodium is very harmful to humans, and it's increasingly being called upon to limit sodium or high-containing products.

3. Iron and vitamin B12

Hemp is a source of cobalt and iron. Vitamin B12 contributes to the formation of myelin sheaths, nucleic acids and the proper functioning of the nervous system. It promotes rapid memory of information and helps in maintaining a good mood. Its deficiency can cause anemia.

4. Unhealthy additives

Nitrogen products offered in stores often contain dyes or other unhealthy additives. Manufacturers use them to enhance their appearance and have a long shelf life. The nitrates and nitrites used give spices a smoky aroma and protect against bacterial growth. Unfortunately, their use has many adverse health effects. It is believed that nitrate compounds can increase the risk of cancers, such as colon cancer. There are also studies, among others, conducted by Ethemi A. and others, confirming that red meat processed with red meat increases overall mortality in comparison to red meat.

5. Applications

Hemp is most commonly used as an ingredient in sandwiches or toasts. It can also be used to prepare cold ingredients, such as cream sauce and vegetables and wrapped in a roll or added to a salad.
