Wheat bread is a rich source of B vitamins. The chromium of wheat bread (35 g) provides 0.1 mg of thiamine (B1) and riboflavin (B2), 0.9 mg of niacin (B3), 0.2 mg of pyridoxine (B6).

It is also rich in mineral ingredients. It contains 2.7 mg manganese, 457 mg sodium, 2.7 mg iodine, 204 mg phosphorus, 64 mg magnesium, 279 mg potassium, 25 mg calcium, 2.3 mg iron, 2.5 mg zinc, 0.2 mg copper.

It is characterized by a natural bitterness and makes the baking made from it exhibit beneficial properties and has a positive effect on the human body, namely: supports the work of the liver, pancreas and gallbladder, increases the strength and immunity of the body. promotes the building of muscle tissue, cleanses blood vessels, ?? strengthens hair, skin and nails, strengthens teeth.
