2. It's a good source of protein

Chicken meat delivers a high-value protein while at the same time being low in fat. It is therefore recommended for easy-to-eat, reductive or fatty-acid-controlled diets. It should be included in the diet of people suffering from diseases such as ulcers, gastrointestinal reflux, functional gastric dyspepsia, hyperlipidemia, asthma, liver disease or cancer. An adequate amount of this protein should also be provided by athletes.

3. High content of vitamin B3 (nacin)

The synthesis of vitamin B3 is closely related to the tryptophan from which it is produced. Niacin's function includes taking part in the syntheses of cholesterol, fatty acids, and hormones. It also contributes to protein modification, DNA repair, intercellular signaling, and calcium regulation in the body. Vitamin B3 deficiency can lead to tongue pain, lip changes (which worsen when the skin is exposed to sunlight), dizziness, vomiting, and sometimes depression.

4. Attention to highly processed meat

According to data from 2018, Poles supply 18 main food ingredients (vitamins and ingredients) from processed white and red meat. It follows that meat products make up a large part of the food consumed. It is therefore worth making sure that the meat comes from trusted sellers, has the least amount of contaminants and is processed as little as possible. Failure to comply with these rules can contribute to the occurrence of serious infections, e.g. Escherichia coli.

5. Applications

Chicken fillet is ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack during the day. It all depends on the way you prepare and the additives you choose. The baked fillet can be cut into plasters and put on breadcrumbs, which will be a good alternative to the purchased rolls. For dinner, a good choice is grilled chicken or cooked with herbs in pairs.
