How many calories does chicken fillet have?

Around the world, a variety of dishes are prepared from chicken, and each place tastes slightly different, depending on local spices or traditional methods of cooking. Chicken fillet is a product that is often sought by athletes, people who want to lose unnecessary pounds, children, or people struggling with various diseases. 1. The nutritional value

It is also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and zinc. Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Calories: 98 kcal, protein: 21.5 g; fat: 1.3 g; carbohydrates: 0 g; fiber: 0.4 g. 2. It's a good source of protein
