1. Which is in a traditional bakery

Thus, a traditional bakery consists of baguettes, fatty ovens and a large amount of yellow cheese. Additives to the bakery are often ketchup, roasted onions or various types of mayonnaise sauce. Such a bakery is primarily a source of simple carbohydrates and saturated fats. Saturated fatty acids have an effect on increasing the total amount of cholesterol and its LDL fraction, i.e. high cholesterol, which is also associated with changes in muscle character.

It's worth preparing the toaster yourself in a slightly modified, healthier version.

2 slices of graham bread (60 g), two medium tomatoes (340 g) a tablespoon of olive oil (10 g); an onion (80 g), a garlic tooth (8 g), 2 layers of chicken ham (30 g), 5 ovens (100 g), 4 olives (12 g), 20 g of parmesan (20 g), half a handful of rolls (10 g), herbs: basil, oregano.

4. It's a way of preparing

Prepare tomato sauce heat a tablespoon of olive oil on the pan, add the sliced onion and fry to softness for about 10 minutes. Then add cut tomatoes, chopped garlic, oregano and basil. Mix everything, cover and heat for 10~15 minutes on an average fire until the ingredients are completely dissolved.

6. What are the ingredients in a homemade bakery?

Therefore, the modified version of the toast uses graham bread, which, when combined with bacon, contains a higher amount of insoluble food fiber fraction. This fraction of fiber is responsible for improving gut function and preventing constipation. The tomato sauce contains onions, which are also a source of soluble fiber, which increases satiety, lowers cholesterol, and helps to maintain adequate blood glucose levels. The processed fluids also contain a high amount of lycopene, which prevents the formation of sugar, cancer, as well as the inflammation of the circulatory system.
