3. The ingredients

These modifications will enrich the food with valuable dietary fiber in addition to an additional portion of vitamins and ingredients. The length of cooking of the whole meal is an important issue. Also, versions with casseroles or other sauces (e.g. baked goods) should be prepared with due care to preserve as much valuable nutritional value as possible.
