1. The nutritional value

Among the nutrients, the majority are carbohydrates. Marchew is a low-calorie vegetable 100 g provides only 33 kcal. The average amount of marchew weighs 45 g and its nutritional value is as follows: energy value: 14.9 kcal, protein: 0.5 g, ?? fat: 0.1 g,

2. It's a precious fiber

Marchev is a good source of dietary fiber, composed mainly of pectin (35%) and cellulose (50%). Although it does not increase nutritional value, it has health benefits and has a positive effect on the human body, namely: improves intestinal peristalsis, prevents constipation, provides food for the bacterial flora of the large intestine, removes toxins, reduces the concentration of cholesterol and triglycerides, increases their removal with bile, slows the absorption of glucose from the intestine.

3. Mineral components contained in starch

The root of the marsh provides certain essential minerals, including potassium (282 mg/100 g), magnesium (16 mg/100g), zinc (0,3 mg/100 G), iron (0,5 mg/100G), calcium (36 mg/100 Gr) and sodium (82 mg/100 gr).
