1. The nutritional value

2. Lips and muscle building

Green tea contains a valuable amino acid called lysine, which helps build muscle and bone. It helps make antibodies, helps make hormones and enzymes. Lysine may help reduce symptoms of influenza or a cold and improve concentration. A study published in Biogerontology in 2017 showed that lysine supplementation may be an effective form of treatment for sarcopenia (a risk of muscle mass).

3. Fumed or unfused

There are two variants of Greek cabbage: burnt, with dark brown grains and an intense aroma, and unburned, with a less violent smell and lighter colour. For health reasons, unburnt cabbage should dominate the daily menu. The process of smoking causes the destruction of certain B vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium or magnesium. Unburned cabbage is also a source of anti-oxidant polyphenols, which can reduce diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung and kidney disease, as well as cancer.

4. Non-glutenated superfood

Ginger is considered to be one of the most valuable foods in the world. Ginger can help reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and act as an anti-aging agent. The presence of antioxidants may delay or mitigate the aging process. Due to its high fiber content, ginger can speed up metabolism and reduce the time it takes for food to become absorbed in the body.

5. Applications

It is perfectly combined with mushrooms, as well as fermented dairy products. It is predominant in eastern Poland. There are known porridge, yeast or pastries filled with hot sauce. More and more often it is the basis of sweet dishes, e.g. edibles or cakes. 1 glass of dry sauce = 672 kcal (2001 glass of boiled sauce (150 g) = 182 kcal1.
