How do you reinforce your back in Street Workout?

There's been a lot of questions about backstroke on various Street Workout sites, and I'm going to write about the techniques I've used in my workouts.

1. The need for reinforcement of the prosthetics

Strong stretchers also play an important role because they hold our entire body and stabilize our spine. Very often, in order to learn how to do an element, we are forced to perform static and dynamic exercises. I'm not denying that just pulling in different grips enables us to expand our backs, but there are other exercise options that will allow us to do our workouts and, perhaps most importantly, prepare properly by strengthening our bodies to perform the right figures.

2. It's a way to strengthen your back

I've been doing five sets of five to seven repetitions at the beginning of this exercise, and you can try to put a little weight on your legs, like five pounds. We start with a fast, and we keep the feet on one chair, and the shovels on the other, we spin the straps hard and we push the hips up, we hold the hands along the body, or we put the hands on the thighs. At the beginning, when you're able to hold your legs for a minute, it's best to try to place a small weight on the legs, for example 5 pounds.
