How can nutrition affect good eyesight?

Proper diet can be a part of treating many diseases and improving vision, disrupting the proper functioning of the body, including the eye, and causing many diseases.

Table of Contents

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union

To check that we are not caught by the dust of blindness, we should go from a bright room to a dark one and observe how long it takes to get used to seeing in the dark. Over 78 seconds is defined as vitamin A deficiency. It is not difficult to get the right amount of vitamin A in the diet. It can be found most often in the digestive tract, liver, oils, beta yolks, and from plant nutrients in the marsh, spinach, corn, seaweed, citrus fruits, saachina (generally in vegetables with green or yellow spines). It can also be used to increase the amount of fat in the food process.

2. Too much fat and too much protein

First of all, we should avoid excessive supply of saturated fats in foods such as fatty meats, sauces, elephants, creams, butter, as well as processed foods containing these fats. It is not recommended to eat meat in large quantities. Soy protein and its products such as tofu, miso, tempeh, originating in the Far East, but also increasingly popular in our market, should be avoided. Excess animal fats can lead to arterial stiffness and consequently to poor pressure regulation. Prefer vegetable fats containing non-fatty acids.

3. Sugar and candy

Sugar is very often associated with short-sightedness. Honey was used as a sweetener back then. Consuming large amounts of sugar and sweets can indirectly lead to diabetes. Sugar was once sold in pharmacies as a rare chemical reagent and it's a shame that it hasn't stayed that way until today. Today honey is hard to find, but we have excess sugar. This is especially true when the result is obesity (especially the abdomen).

4. Overloading with substances of questionable quality

These would include all sorts of sweet drinks, alcohol, coffee, and other utilities, as well as medicines that many people have learned to abuse. Many people's eyes fail to function optimally only because the body is overloaded with substances of questionable quality. The self-regulating forces present in the body are weakened when pills are abused, when they rely too heavily on their saving, real, or imagined effect (placebo effect).

5. The way you eat matters, too

The body absorbs the best food when it participates spiritually as well. When eating, it is best to maintain an atmosphere of concentration and harmony. Similarly, the eyes see best if you only look at one object at a time. You should avoid unnecessary conversation, and you should definitely not approach a meal in an upset, upset state, not watching television.
