This is confirmed by studies by foreign scientists (lasting 15 years) which show that consuming 67 g of pistachio per day reduces the level of triglycerides by more than 10%.

4. Italian walnuts are healthy, too

It is a species of leafy tree in the walnut family, native to the Balkans, south-eastern Europe, as well as Asia and the Himalayas. It is the most popular variety of walnut. It contains up to 645 kcal in 100 g of this product. Italian walnuts primarily contain a high amount of manganese (3.4 mg). It enables the proper absorption of many vitamins and also protects cells from the destructive action of oxidizers. It also indirectly affects the metabolism of proteins, sugars and lipids.
