Gluten What we need

Do we really need gluten to live? This is a question that's getting more and more people's attention. It seems that these days, when the number of people who follow a gluten-free diet is still growing, the answer to this question should be simple. But it's not. Of course, there are diseases like celiac disease, allergy, gluten sensitivity, in which elimination of this ingredient from the diet is necessary. But increasingly, we don't eat gluten because we think we have these diseases. But we need to remember that we need a clear diagnosis.

Table of Contents

1. What is gluten?

We have to realize that, for example, eliminating gluten from the diet is not unambiguous, but we've already switched to a gluten-free diet. Gluten, thanks to its properties such as flexibility, glucose, is widespread in the food industry.

2. Effects of gluten avoidance in the diet

It is important to remember, however, that if we restrict the intake of gluten-rich foods on our own, we make it difficult to make a proper diagnosis, because the use of a gluten free diet lowers the levels of antibodies and allows the rebuilding of glutathione cells in these diseases. However, if we also avoid gluten in our diet, are we doing more harm? The answer to this question is complicated. Because it is difficult to maintain a healthy dietary source of glutinous foods, and because it is hard to use these ingredients in the diet without using any ingredients.
