1. Subject: Subject to the provisions of this Regulation:

The sugar is extracted (extracted) by hot water. The pH changes to make it easier to remove contaminants (by filtration). After filtration, the finished product remains. There are therefore trace amounts of mineral components, i.e. iron, calcium, magnesium or potassium. The first step is to wash the raw material. The resulting juice is purified by applying milk. The water evaporates until crystallization begins. In the case of brown, the purification is omitted, leaving the product with a distinctive molasses color. This small amount of the ingredients cannot constitute a significant source of calcium.

2. Comparison of cane sugar and white sugar

Some people prefer the taste of cane sugar and therefore use it to sweeten beverages, baking. The price of cane Sugar is higher than the price of white sugar. However, a decidedly better alternative to cane sugar is natural salt with a reduced calorie content, such as iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium. Sugar cane is often added to foods with a nutritional value that is low in calories.
