From year to year their cultivation worldwide is increasing. The leading country is Turkey, in addition to which Italy, the United States and Azerbaijan are important. Production is also increasing in Poland, and most of the crops are located in the Lublin region.

The predominant component of walnuts is fat, which accounts for about 65% of energy. A significant portion of these are unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on the human body: they support the work of the circulatory system, act as anticancer agents or reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. These nuts are also a very good source of vitamin E, which affects the immune system by improving immunity.

Nuts are a great addition to many dishes, especially desserts, but they can also be used in nutritious dishes.

Time of preparation: 25 minutes Ingredients: oatmeal 5 teaspoons (50 g), orange flour 3 teasposts (45 g) egg art (50 g); olive oil 4 teasports (40 g), erythritol three teaspers (30 g), walnuts one teasper (15 g), dried wine grape four teasps (48 g), powder for baking 1⁄2 teaspes (2 g).
