It is also a very good way to relieve painful conditions. However, extracted from the seeds of the garlic extract has been used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus or heart disease. Seeds can also be used in seeds with high blood pressure, heart disease and gastrointestinal disorders.

3. How to use mustard?

For respiratory problems and rheumatic diseases, it is best to use special coverings of mustard seeds. For this purpose, the seeds should be placed on a thicker piece of material. The whole must be heated and then placed on the site of the disease. Initially, the therapy should last for two sessions, 10 minutes each, eventually extended to 30 minutes over a period of 710 days.
