The summer season and the holiday season are at their best, and as a result the availability of fresh fruit from our Polish crops is increasing. So we have prepared a list of 10 fruits that are worth including in your diet at this time.

As is well known, the agrest is a shrub with characteristic green berries that are found on the stems of the berries. They should be found primarily in women's diets. This is due to the high content of plant hormones known as phytoestrogen.

These little red fruits are more than 80 percent water, but that doesn't mean they're just in their contents. They're mostly high in potassium, which is known to regulate not only the heart and nervous system, but also the salt levels in our bodies, which makes them ideal for modulating our electrolyte economy.

Black blueberry, in comparison to its American cousin, has a higher polyphenolic content. It's mainly about healthy anthocyanins and starches, which are incredibly effective at detoxifying our system by erasing harmful free radicals. Berries are effective at enhancing the function of the whole metabolism, which is also shown by better intestinal function and better digestion.

Oignon, cranberry, or simply cranberries, are small fruits of the forest that look like raspberries in their appearance, but are significantly different from them in their dark, sometimes even black color. Like the American blueberries, they have a high content of elagoic acid, which is extremely valuable to women. When combined with cyanidine-3-glucoside and phenolic acid, they form an extremely strong antioxidant complex, which also significantly increases our skin through the development of cancer cells. Cranberry is, like the cranbers mentioned above, a rich synthesis of phytochemicals, which are very effective in determining the symptoms of bone marrow processes and the end of our lives.

6. Fresh fruit and vegetables

Malines are among the most popular fruits of the holiday season, which can be found in both forest and orchard gardens. Depending on the species, they have a different color, but the most common is a pale red resembling a slight shade of ruby. Malines, like most fruits, have a very high amount of various vitamins (B, C and E) and a rich antioxidant content. However, in addition to their composition we can find numerous micro-components such as copper, calcium or iron.

Although more than 150 species are systematically distinguished, the most popular in Poland are two specific varieties black and red. Both types are an ideal source of vitamin C, which condition their use during periods of reduced immunity or a cold. The ascorbic acid content in garlic is up to four times higher than the amount we can find in oranges. Garlic is also rich in antioxidants that effectively cleanse our bodies of toxins and stifling compounds.

Although there are 17 different species, only three of them are common, hard and high in our country. In addition to the mass of vitamins that protect our bodies from infections and strengthen our natural immunity, the levels are used as an extremely effective remedy for stomach problems. The reason is that there is a very high content of healthy pollen, which is ellagotanin and catechin, which, by acting as a disinfectant, allows the removal of harmful alkaloids or toxic compounds.

The fact that strawberries are popular in a healthy diet may indicate that they are among the most popular fruits of the summer season. What is this?
