So if we decide on a weight-loss diet, we can't exclude fruit from the diet, but we have to control our daily intake. Fruit contains a variety of sugars in its composition. This is a situation where apples are as often hungry as apples. So we need to focus primarily on products with a low and medium glycemic index, which are absorbed into the bloodstream and do not cause a high blood sugar content.3. Fruit juices consumed in excess quantities can unfortunately be the cause of overweight. This is mainly due to the simple sugars they contain, which are easily digestible. However, this does not mean that we have to give them up altogether. It is best to reach for juices from freshly squeezed or crushed fruit prepared by yourself at home.
