1. What is food intolerance?

Food intolerance is the body's abnormal response to food, such as lactose, galactose, glucose or histamine intolerances, which occur when food is properly tolerated by other people.

There are many substitutes available on the market, such as lactose-free and gluten-free. Food-enzyme tablets are very often used in the treatment of food-intolerance (including lactose intolerant). Food intolerances are increasingly present in the general public.
