Five reasons why fast food is deadly

The rapid growth of these networks is largely our own fault -- customers who like to grab a piece of deep-fat, deep-fried meat-like food quickly, digest high-calorie French fries, and then drink that meal with a mixture of water, sugar, and flavor controls. 1. Trans fatty acids

However, the ones we find in fries are characterized by a changed structure called trans. The very high temperature used for flavoring accelerates the accumulation of this toxic fraction of fatty acids after consumption, increasing the levels of bad LDL cholesterol, lowering the level of good HDL fraction. All of these characteristics make trans fat acids almost guarantee the formation of cartilage plaques in our blood system, leading to the development of cerebrospinal fluid. The extremely high temperature is used to flavor even more rapidly to accumulate this toxic fat fraction, which is a type of fat that belongs to the family of fat- and polyunsaturated fats.

2. The salt

Although there is a lot of talk about the dangers of salt consumption, it doesn't really have to be unhealthy. One of the most popular is hypertension, which is also associated with other symptoms of metabolic syndrome such as asthma, diabetes and obesity. Salt is close to our heart because it is almost an integral part of Polish cuisine. A small amount of salt added to food is not a cause for concern, but with increasing intake, health problems begin to appear.

The classic fast food kit not only contains a lot of nutrients that destroy our health, but it also doesn't contain the valuable vitamins and minerals that are so important for regulatory mechanisms to work, and as a result, we we weaken the immune system, we slow down metabolism, and we feel overwhelmed, like something's draining us of energy, even though we've actually supplied it with over 1,000 kcal, which we can admire now, looking down at our stomachs.
