Refined white flour is not full-fledged. This makes it a source of vitamins, minerals and fibres that come from the outer shell of the grains in refined products made from white flours that are not. Another important asset of these products is high fiber content. So let's choose full-fat flour instead of white, thick casks instead of small ones, brown rice instead of White and raisins instead of ordinary ones. They should be on our food list as often as possible because they are full-feed products.
