First competitions. How do you prepare?

It's the same thing with competitions. As I mentioned before, competitions are the perfect opportunity to exchange experiences and most importantly, to gather them. Some people are afraid of challenges, they are scared of other people's opinions. Some have been training for a few years, but they don't have the courage to start competitions and others are soon ready to "fight" and actively participate in all events.2. Do our skills meet the requirements of the judges? My experience shows that the amount of time you can start competitions is really an individual matter. I know players who are really good at it, and they've only been training for a year or two. Sometimes I'm broken because of that, but I realize right now that beginners have all the information they need about how to train and eat, available at their fingertips. The Internet is full of information - just a lot to read. How fast you progress, depending on how you lead your life.3. How am I supposed to prepare for the competition?
Whether it's a month or two weeks away from the race, if you're going to keep your strength and endurance until the end of the training, remember that after each training session, any system needs to perform a basic pyramid for the burned series. It's quite possible that you'll be forced to improve the dynamics. Don't try to fill your performance with the heavy and complicated elements that you were able to perform once or twice in your life.
