Figure calories, nutritional value, properties, recipes

It's a treasure trove of beneficial compounds that will have a fantastic effect on health and beauty. What else besides the pleasure of the sky can bring us regular consumption of these fruits? How can we use them in the kitchen? Figs come from the Arabian Peninsula. Is it worth eating figs in common? What is their nutritional value? Small figs weighing about 70 years.

1. Figure common short characteristic

There are several varieties of this fruit, e.g. Dalmatian figs, goats, also called caprifiges, which are not suitable for consumption, and Smyrna figs. Common figs are dark purple in color, resembling elongated pears in shape. However, in fact, it is a good fruit. It can be found on the market in either fresh or dried form. It comes from the Arabian Peninsula, the Middle East, but is also grown in southern Europe or Asia Minor. These are considered the highest quality product.

Fresh figs are rich in phytosterols, which also make them a good product for women over 50 years of age, as they alleviate the symptoms of menopause. The potassium they contain greatly reduces blood pressure. Figs are also effective for people suffering from constipation. However, it should always be remembered to take adequate amounts of fluid when they are low in fat, which makes them good for women after age 50, since these ingredients are also beneficial for people who suffer from menopausal symptoms. Therefore, the potash they contain should be shown to be effective in treating people with a high level of stress.

5. It's all about the rules

This may be due to the fear of the unknown, but figs are not difficult to cook. They do not need to be picked. Due to their taste, these fruits are mainly used in desserts. Fresh fruits can be prepared or used as an additive to salads or cocktails. They are more often used in dried form.

6. Grain batons with dried figs (2 servings)

Mix the dried onions, add warm water and cinnamon spike and mix them thoroughly. Cut the nuts and spikes and cut the fruit into small pieces. 3. Baking for 30 minutes at 180°C. 7. A salad with mozzarella and fresh figs

Interestingly, figs are already mentioned in the Bible and in Greek mythology. Although they are relatively calorific, they should not be excluded from the menu, but on the contrary, by maintaining a proper, balanced diet and regular physical activity, both dried and fresh figs can be an excellent ingredient in diarrhea.
