1. What are free radicals?

The most important thing is to keep proper proportions between them. They cause the oxidation of every molecule or atom with which they react. They are needed by humans, but only in small quantities. This leads not only to premature skin aging, but also to serious diseases, including atoms and cancers. Their harmful action is equivalent to antioxidants. Free oxygen atoms function in organisms as autonomous atoms, ions or molecules that have a single, unpaired electron in their outer orbit, which is characterized by high reactivity. Their targets are organic compounds such as nucleic acids, lipids, polyunsaturated proteins, and lipids that are not found in any living organism.

2. Proposed meals using the ORAC scale

It is also possible to try the preparation of ORAC-value-based dishes. For 1 person serving, you will need: 25 g of fresh spinach (wrist), 1/4 of an average red cabbage head, 8 g of raisins (sliced) 15 g of nuts (spinach), 12 g of dried cranberries (slice), 50 g of natural glass yogurt (2 tablespoons), 10 g of mustard (spin), ?? salt peak, turmeric and fresh honey pepper.
