What is face yoga, and what is the effect of practicing it? It's not very clear yet, but it's only a matter of time before it becomes more popular and becomes more and more popular in cosmetics.

4. Face yoga in the light of research

After 12 weeks of intervention, 50% of patients were observed to see improvements in their facial muscle manipulation techniques, including facial wrinkle reduction and complexion or facial appearance improvement (A.P. In another study, a 47-year-old woman was treated for an 8-week course of treatment, where she performed musculoskeletal stretching and isometric exercises each week and was subjected to facial musculature manipulation. 5. Face yoga is a summary

Regular activity involving the work of the cranial joints has a positive effect on improving their mobility. Exercises that affect the mimic muscles not only have a beneficial effect on the appearance of the face. The non-invasive nature of facial yoga and the ability to perform it independently at home make it worth considering incorporating it into your daily routine.
