But sometimes we catch the rhythm, and even if we keep it, we get to the goal at the same time. There are several answers. There's a lot of other reasons you can look for. All three of them have one thing in common. And with proper training, we can change parameters like speed, length of step, and frequency. In both cases, it's essential to work on the pace of the run, and therefore the length of the step. Where's the problem?
