Effective self-management
Table of Contents
1. Self-management Principal-focused living
Many of these rules are universal; however, some of them will be created by the athlete himself, tailored to his individual needs. When the Athlete realizes that he is capable of making changes in his life and achieving success, when he is able to imagine and believe in success, it is time to put the idea into action. They result from a well-known method of achieving athletic success, which consists of an organized training process. The rules will allow him to practice self-management and his time in the face of training.2. The history of time management
If they want to devote it to improving their skills, they have to do it in a specific and effective order. However, the earliest form of it was to set notes and a list of things to do. When a calendar and a schedule appeared, activities such as training could be planned beforehand. If the pursuit of athletic success occupies a high place in the value system, training would begin to have a relative greater importance (weight) than going to the cinema (unless it is a deliberate activity aimed at biological recovery). However, most of its forms were to establish daily, weekly, long-term planning with a view to achieving the tasks of the most important championship tasks.3. Self-management in time
It divides it into urgent and important matters, important and urgent matters, irrelevant but also urgent matters and important and non-urgent matters. It allows you to maintain a balance between achieving your goal and the needs of your personal life. A well-known sight is a person who exercises in a gym with a cell phone in his pocket. Then he goes back to work, the phone goes off again, etc. In its hierarchy of values, each workout takes more than one place. Training itself can be a matter of urgency and importance. Exercise in a hurry does not yield results. Sometimes an athlete in the gym takes time to perform long conversations with his or her body in order to get the results from listening to the phone. It is difficult for a person to concentrate fully on the performance of any competitions, and he or she should be ready to compete with each other.4. It's important and urgent
We need to prioritize training and get things done at the right time, but without any signs of urgency or hurry, so other things need to be done at another time, before or after training, so we need to set up a training program and get it done at a scheduled time, without losing it and not giving up on conversations. You can't let yourself do urgent and important things, act at the last minute. What is the value of training in stress, what are the values of your own activities, but when you're still managing crises, whether it's related to your training, whether you need professional and family matters?5. The ability to say "no"
You need a lot of time to plan, program, analyze training, talk to a coach, exchange experiences, make corrections, check your form. You want to have time for that. The first is for people who don't take responsibility for themselves, the second is people who are always looking for something, but it doesn't work. Don't let yourself be manipulated, or get caught up in things that are urgent or important to you, even if they seem so important. You need to have courage, and the best way is to act courageously.6. A man's role is more than just being an athlete
. Individual development will make you successful not only in training, but also in every other matter. You can prevent yourself from becoming successful, but you can have time for all of this and take it away from the space of the non-essential. You may turn off your TV for a while, you may not look at the Internet for information that you really don't need at all, you need not engage in politics. You don' t have to solve problems for other people, you save the world, you have to be helpful to all of them, and you can avoid becoming successful. However, you can take time to do all of that and take time away from things that are not important to you.
