1. Red meat, what's that?

Red meat contains a wealth of B and PP vitamins essential for building and regenerating muscle and producing red blood cells. For this reason, beef and pork should be in the diet of young children and young children who are in the process of growing and gaining fat.

3. It's a diet for athletes

People who are physically active should definitely incorporate red meat into their diet. And not only because of the high value of protein and B vitamins, which are the ingredients that promote muscle tissue formation and body regeneration after exercise. Wool also contains L-carnitine, otherwise called vitamin B11. This substance is involved in the transport of fatty acids to the mitochondria, where they are converted into energy.

4. Meat without chemicals

If we have such an opportunity, it is worth reaching the wilderness pheasants, wild boars, deer, who live in freedom, feeding exclusively on natural foods. Thanks to this, their meat is much more nutritious than the meat of slaughter animals. Poland is known throughout Europe for its excellent quality of goose, free of chemicals. It is worth choosing the native origin of lamb and lamb. Most domestic producers produce organic sheep and lambs.
