Their popularity is due to their availability, versatility, and low prices. The most popular are leeks, juices, concentrates, sauces, and dried tomatoes. They are an excellent source of lycopene, the properties of which we're going to talk about today. They're only preceded by potatoes, onions, and salads. Tomatoes can be bought in a variety of forms. The latter, in particular, deserve our attention, are extremely tasty, aromatic, and can be added to many dishes.

Dried tomatoes were not easy to start growing on our continent. It has been observed that today's consumers are more likely to pick tomatoes dried in oil because of their intense red colour. However, those dried without an oil additive in 100 g are also considered to be highly poisonous and were only grown for ornamental purposes. Dried tomatoes are obtained in the process of drying cleaned and cut fresh tomatoes. Dry tomatoes are most commonly produced in two forms. However, over the past several years, tomatoes have gained a special place in the prevention of cancer.
