Does fasting aerobic exercise actually accelerate fat burning?

Is it worth using fasting cardio to maximize weight loss? Of course, this is true, but few people know that oxidizing fat does not cause fat burning, especially in the subcutaneous part of the body. 1. Fatty acids and fatty tissue

Muscles accumulate glucose in the form of glycogen. It is worth noting that in people with a low level of training progression, about 50% of the fat acids burned during any physical activity come from intramuscular triglycerides, whereas in people who are trained up to 80% (L.J.C. Van Loon 2004).

2. Pre-meal workouts study

Over the course of 4 weeks, women exercised at an intensity of 70% HRmax (maximum weight gain) for 5 hours of exercise, with a total of 96 participants. However, cardio training in both groups lost weight and fat tissue, but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups. The short study period and the small number of participants did not allow unambiguous conclusions to be drawn. Schoenfeld et al. 2014). In total, 5 exercise choices were made, in which 96 participants participated. One cardio exercise group lost weight on a bicycle, a runner, or a combination of two activities. In each study, the participants also reduced their body weight but did not exercise to the extent that the remaining body weight loss after exercising could have been achieved. The second study concluded that the weight loss effect of the exercise group was not observed in the same exercise group after exercise, but that the results of the weight gain test were observed by the study group I and II.
