All this causes excessive underenergy and haste. This atmosphere is certainly not conducive to experimenting in the kitchen.

The decision to modify traditional foods is challenging and not everyone is able to make it. Firstly, avoid deep-fat foods, including fish fats, but they can increase the risk of developing cancer. This way you can avoid an unpleasant feeling of overeating.
