Diet break Is it worth taking a break in your diet?

It is important that a diet aimed at reducing body weight meets the need for macro, micro, and vitamin ingredients. Too much caloric restriction can also lead to hormonal imbalances. Traditional weight loss involves maintaining a calorie deficit for several weeks, months, or years depending on the number of kilograms you want to lose. The planned caloric deficit should not be too high, as excessive restriction of food intake often increases the desire to eat between meals. In the case of long-term weight loss, a diet or diet can be helpful, while providing a number of calories that are consistent with the total dietary deficit.

1. Diet break Break in the diet

A study of athletes published by J.J. Additionally, a diet break caused an increase in dietary fat loss and weight loss, but had no significant effect on body fat loss. A study suggested that diet breakers not only contributed to increased body weight loss and reduced body weight gain, but also increased weight gain and weight gain from weaker exercise groups, as well as maintaining healthy exercise standards and improving weight gain by exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight loss diet, reducing fat loss, and reducing the weight gain of people who lost weight and weight in the first four weeks of their diet (see Figure 1).

The use of a break in the diet has a beneficial effect on the physical and mental state of the body, may prevent the jo-jo effect.
