Moisturized, radiant, evenly colored, firm, and without spray... this is what skin should be like... but not everyone can boast of a pristine skin... the condition of the skin is influenced by many factors, such as diet.

1. Skin structure and properties

It is also a key component of the immune system, forming the first barrier to microbes. Thanks to its faculty ability, it is involved in the removal of many substances from the body and regulates body temperature. The skin in the thickest part of the body is only 5 mm thick. Its main function is to maintain balance between the external and internal environment. It is a key element of the human immune system and forms the first barriers to germs.

3. Factors adversely affecting the appearance and condition of the skin

The skin is affected by both external and internal factors. These include: nutrition, addiction (alcohol abuse, smoking), UV radiation (no use of filter creams, frequent visits to the solarium), ?? detergents, ?? hormonal conditions,?? genetic predispositions,?? ceramic metabolism disorders,?? stress,?? disease and inflammation.

4. Water

Water is a major component of the human body. Adequate water intake throughout the day has a positive effect on the functioning of the body. Water provides, among other things, proper thermoregulation, maintaining water-electrolyte and acid-base balance. It is also very important for maintaining proper skin condition. It has been shown that drinking adequate water maintains proper skin tension. It also contributes to increased blood flow in capillary vessels, which is associated with maintaining adequate bleeding, elasticity and thickness of the skin.

5. Vitamins and their derivatives

Special attention should be paid to vitamins known for their strong antioxidant properties. These are vitamins A, C and E. They have a significant effect on the proper functioning of the skin and its regeneration. Vitamin A not only affects the color and appearance of skin, but also liquesters sunscreen, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in the proper skin layer, regulates the work of the lymph nodes, accelerates the healing process of the epidermis and mucous membranes, and is also an important ingredient in the treatment of acne and dandruff.

6. Mineral compounds

In addition to vitamins, a proper supply of macro- and micro-elements is very important. Calcium, potassium, iron, selenium, copper, iodine and silicon affect the proper condition of the skin. These minerals help to maintain the skin's elasticity, prevent drying and peeling, alleviate the symptoms of acne and accelerate its treatment, and have a beneficial effect on wound healing and skin damage.

7. Essential unsaturated fatty acids

Ceramides and phospholipids are present in the proper skin layer, which require linolenic and alpha-linolenic acids obtained by the body as a result of NNKT transformations to work properly, and in particular omega-3 EPA and DHA acids. What effect do these fatty acids have on the skin?

8. Polyphenols and their halogenated derivatives

These compounds are also powerful antioxidants and are responsible for maintaining a tight skin barrier and its condition. They neutralize the action of free radicals, thereby slowing the aging process and conditioning the proper functioning of the skin. Polyphenols additionally protect the skin from discoloration.

9. Foodstuffs having an adverse effect on the skin

In order to noticeably improve skin condition, it is necessary to exclude from the diet high-processed products with the addition of preservatives, artificial dyes and flavor enhancers. Consuming such foods in large quantities may result in acute or changes in acne, allergies, constipation, wrinkles, and even inflammation. It also informs about the health benefits of reducing or even eliminating the consumption of simple sugars.

10. Plants that improve the condition of the skin

Not only does the food have a beneficial effect on the appearance and overall condition of the skin. To improve its condition, it is also worth going to medicinal plants. They are often more effective and safe than those popular in cosmetic pharmacies. Medicinal plants affecting the skin: ordinary aloe, mountain arnica, ?? granular lancet common cellulose. Trees made from herbaceous perfumes, 3 drops made from dried leaves,?? purple spider vines, red oak, ἀ ligament of the foot, ἐ collagen of a purple or white leather. ἐ medicinal products are also used to treat skin allergies, as well as for medicinal purposes such as cleansing the nose and throat.

11. Nutritional factors affecting the condition of the skin

There is a strong link between the level of stress and the condition of the skin. It is believed that diseases such as insulin-induced atopic inflammation, stress, caused by both physical and psychological factors, affect the functioning of the immune system. The neurotransmitters produced by it have a significant effect on the occurrence of dermatological diseases, especially those involving inflammatory skin conditions. It has been suggested that conditions such as acute inflammation of skin, acute insulin resistance, baldness, acne, bronchitis, psoriasis, and bleeding can also be caused by a decrease in the levels of blood pressure in the prostate glands.
