So far, it's hard to say exactly which of these is more effective, and the advantages of one technique over another have been the subject of much research, and now we can treat injuries to the cruciate ligament by choosing between surgical or conservative treatments.2. Immediately after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, the use of orthotics to maintain and increase the current range of movement of the knee joint should be taken into account. For this purpose, it is primarily a question of obtaining the full range of knee straightening as soon as possible. In subsequent stages of rehabilitation, the goal is to obtain the full extent of bending. No less important elements of post-operative training are balance exercises and proprioception. In order to achieve this, use is made of the closed chain exercise, which is introduced at the early stages in rehabilitation because of their positive activation, which leads to the full dynamic stabilization of the ankle joint and to the proper functioning of the muscles.3. This condition is explained by a difference in the anatomical structure of the spine, pelvis and thorax, which is also important in preventing quadriceps muscle function and in providing the foundation for effective, safe and dynamic operation of the ACL. The proper functioning of the deep muscles (e.g. the ribs, the transverse abdominal muscle and the pelvic floor muscles) allows for the stabilization of the vertebrae, the pelvis, and the chest, which has a very important role to play in the prevention of injury and the establishment of a basis for the function of the limbs in an efficient, safe, dynamic manner.
