Coconut oil is the healthiest fat?

This is because of the wide spectrum of coconut oil properties used in cooking and cosmetology. However, in June 2017, the American Heart Association (AHA) in an official report recognized coconuts oil as harmful to the cardiovascular system. What is it really like? How much is it worth reaching for?

1. Coconut oil and its fractions, whether or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter

As with other vegetable oils, cold-pressed products have a much higher nutritional value and hence a higher price. Unrefined oil retains its natural coconut flavor as opposed to refined oil, which is tasteless, although it has its kitchen counterparts (Table 1). The answer is simple. Cold pressed products only have a higher nutrition value when the manufacturer of the flavor of the coconuts is unwanted, whether refined or not. At the time of manufacture, the quality and price of this edible product depends on whether the product is refined (for example, refined and refined).

2. The properties of coconut oil

To answer this question, we need to present the composition of MCT oil. It consists mainly of caprine (C10) and caprylic (C8) acids, and small amounts of lauric acid (C12). However, coconut oil consists of about 47% of lauriic acid, and it also contains a small amount of lactic acid (Lauric Acids), which is composed primarily of coconuts, or only a small part of the fat content of animal products.

As mentioned above, lauric acid is one of the medium-chain fatty acids because of its structure, but only 25% is absorbed in this way. It is worth noting that the fats transported in this manner contribute to an increase in LDL cholesterol fraction concentration. Proponents of the theory that coconut oil did not contribute to cholesterol growth in humans, however, rely mainly on studies conducted on the population of Tokelau and Pukapuka.

Coconut oil is a good substitute for animal fats such as butter or butter. It has a high smoke temperature, which allows it to be fried and baked without affecting the fatty acid content it contains (no oxidation of fatty acids and the formation of trans fats). It gives flavor, aroma and the desired cream consistency. It is particularly popular among vegetarians and vegans.

Coconut oil is excellent for moisturizing and nourishing the skin. The protective layer of coconut on the skin is an effective barrier to sunlight, which indirectly affects the delay of aging. Remember that it is the oil that has not been refined that is responsible for the odor and nutritional values that we desire. The basis of rational and healthy nutrition is above all moderation and common sense. Giving fat is essential for the proper functioning of our body. Remember, it is up to us to choose the types of fats that predominate in our kitchen.
