There are many purifying diets. They are mainly made up of vegetables and/or fruits. It's also fashionable to have a few days of starvation, but are they really effective? But in this article, I'm going to focus on the basics that anyone who wants to eat properly should remember. The most important thing is that water can make up up to 55% of women's body weight and about 60% of men's weight is water, and for athletes, these values can be higher.

There is a lot of talk about dietary fiber. Poles consume it strictly not enough, so many high-fiber products are produced. The daily portion that we should provide depends on age and is 2040 g/hour in adults. For comparison, one raw apple with skin contains about 2.4 g of fiber per 100 g of product. How does fiber work? It is divided into two fractions soluble and insoluble. The main function of fiber is to increase the nutrient content that is found in the intestines.

Aloes, which used to be used exclusively in folk medicine, has now gained widespread use due to its bioactive content and medicinal properties, which it demonstrates. Aloes is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. It additionally counteracts the aging process and reduces the likelihood of heart attack.

4. Fruit and vegetables

Both fiber and water are found in vegetables. Vegetables are alkaline in our bodies. According to the current guidelines of the Institute of Food and Nutrition, vegetables and fruits should form the basis of our daily diet. It is important, however, to maintain an appropriate proportion. The right proportion is 3⁄4 vegetable and 1⁄4 fruit.
