1. Obesity is an unconscious intake of calories

3. Not eating breakfast

4. Avoiding drinking water and poor fluid selection

5. Inappropriate preparation of food

The most common way to prepare meals is by frying.. fried foods are heavy, and the process of frying helps to increase the caloric content of the food.

6. No movement

Increasingly, the conveniences of everyday life are taking physical activity to the next level -- everyone now has a car, the pilot for a TV is basic, a lot of things can be done over the Internet without leaving the house -- so in everyday life, we're less and less likely to force our muscles to work, and therefore to expend energy.
