However, they are influenced mainly by the amount of starch-resistant (RS) and fast-growing starch (RDS) and free-flowing starches (SDS).

Resistant microbes can be found in the cell walls of plants, primarily cereals, grain seeds and potatoes, whereas naturally they are found in unripe bananas, plants (vegetable bananas), starchy raw potato, or in the wall of grains, seedlings or nuts that have not been mechanically damaged.

In the opinion of many researchers, the introduction of starch-resistant starch into your daily diet carries a number of health benefits. First of all, it is worth mentioning the beneficial effect of starchy acid on the carbohydrate economy. This is important information especially for diabetics, as starch resistant products contribute to lowering blood glucose levels and thus lowering insulin demand. Consuming low cholesterol can also lead to a significant decrease in the response of high-acid fatty acids to the next fatty acid, which is the so-called phosphoric acid effect.

4. It plays a resistant role in the diet

When reviewing scientific studies, you may find that starch-resistant products have been shown to have a calorie-reducing effect on meals, so starch resistant can be used in the treatment of overweight and obesity. However, as mentioned, resistant starch is a component of an insoluble fraction of dietary fiber, so it allows for a faster saturation effect. But it has been shown that starches resistant have a positive effect on the reduction of calorie intake of meals.
