1. Treatment of symptoms of excess and deficiency
Blood calcium deficiency is referred to as hypocalcaemia. A condition called hypercalcemia is a condition in which the normal concentration of calcium in the blood has been exceeded. Symptoms of hypercalcia include lack of appetite, nausea, and constipation. Our body's demands are inextricably linked to sex and age. The effects of deficiencies include: bone frailty; osteoporosis; hypertension; ?? heart rhythm and blood clotting disorders; ¢ muscle aches and pains and pulmonary rhythms;2. How to use it?
As mentioned in Chapter above, the recommended daily intake of calcium for an adult should be approximately 1000 mg. It is assumed that calcium intake with vitamin D should be in the following proportions: 500 to 1000 mg calcium; 400 to 800 mg vitamin D. Demand increases during puberty in children and adolescents, the elderly and women during pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause.
