Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about the quality of baking, about adding portions of vegetables to sandwiches or choosing lean snacks, but the topic of butter is often overlooked. Margarine? What type of oil to choose? It's hard to imagine freshly baked, yet warm bread devoid of butter. Butter? Or maybe avocado? One of the Polish dietary customs is to butter baking butter.

However, according to current nutritional guidelines, it is recommended to limit saturated fatty acids and replace them with single and polyunsaturated ones. In stores, the assortment of such margarines is limited, usually with a heart or a note cardio on the packaging. Based on the above comparison, it may seem that margarine is much more beneficial to health. Hard margarinas are most commonly used for baking or frying products.
