Box is also an excellent complement to the training of people who prefer daily exercise. Combining martial arts with gymnastics will have effects on both fields. It also allows for a negative emotional load and energy expenditure. In children who practice stressful exercises and exercise, boxing may increase the effectiveness of exercise.

3. Boxing training? What does it look like?

The classical variation of boxing excludes the use of elbows, knees or whiplashes, which pose the greatest danger when practicing other martial arts such as muay thai or kickboxing. Boxing training is very demanding in terms of fitness. Usually the session lasts from 1 to 1.5 hours. During the course, students learn the techniques of punching, dodging and psychological tricks that are useful during combat. However, extensive external injuries and persistent injuries should be kept between the legs. What if the training participant does not exhibit the ability to perform sparing sports there is no such need.

4. How much does boxing training cost?

The cost of a monthly course with two training sessions per week is an average of PLN 120. However, at a later stage it will be necessary to buy gloves (from PLN 60 upwards), gloves on the hands (about PLN 20) and a toothpick (around PLN 20).
