It is a perennial plant, requiring a sunny spot and fertile moist soil. Already in antiquity it was used for both medicinal and cosmetic purposes. It originated in Turkey and Iraq, but is now cultivated in many countries of the world, including Poland.

Special attention should be paid to linoleic acid, which is up to 60%, oleic acid about 25%, alpha-linolenic acid about 1%, and very rare eicosadiene acid. In 100 g of cinnamon seed we can find 400 kcal, 33 g of fat, 16 g of protein, 50 g of carbohydrate and 0.5 g of plumage.

3. The medicinal properties of black pepper

Cinnamon, in its raw form and in its prepared oil, has a wide range of anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, including: gallbladder action; uricidal action. By increasing resistance to stress and combating depression, cinnamon can act as an emollient on the central nervous system. ?? It has antibacterial, fungicidal and viricidal properties.

4. The black box is used

It is commonly made with oil, but it can be consumed raw. Because of its sharp, characteristic taste, it is often added as a spice to cheese and baking soda. The refined blackseed seeds are also often used as a pepper substitute because of their sharp taste. In the treatment of skin changes, it may be useful to make a stew of blacksees, which is prepared as a traditional black tea. A very good alternative is also to make blackseeds, which are also more effective in fighting fungal infections than dried seeds.

Unfortunately, due to its debilitating properties, black seed should not be used by pregnant women, as its consumption may slow or stop the contraction of the uterus.

Among the most common are type II diabetes, obesity, hypertension, coronary artery disease, some cancers, inflammation of the stomach, cold. This is often the first step taken by specialists in preventing it from becoming digestive. In this case, the diet is a perfect basis for the treatment of all dietary problems. In the early stages of our lifestyle, we are looking for ways to reduce the consumption of these nutrient-dense products depending on the ingredients in their diet.
