There are three main types of Biohacking: nutrigen biology, grinder, and do-it-yourself (DIY) biology.

However, you have to be cautious and make major changes and consult with the appropriate professionals. More extreme biohack methods, i.e. grinder and DYI Biology, should be controlled by special units to avoid any potential dangers.
