1. BCAA
These are the three exogenous amino acids that athletes should supply to the body with food or in the form of a dietary supplement. The human body is unable to produce them on its own. The BCAA is made up of: leucine, isolaucine and valine. 2. What makes them so important? These triamino acids and branches inhibit muscle catabolism, have anabolic effects, increase synthetic protein production, and the natural production of popular hormones that have a positive effect on the formation of muscle tissue, the body is not able to produce these hormones itself.
