Basil Medicinal seasoning, variations and use

It is ideal as an additive to sauces, pizzas, pastes and other Mediterranean cuisines, but few of us know that besides the undeniable organoleptic properties, basil has a number of medicinal properties. In what situations can we use it for its health benefits? Basil common (Ocimum basilicu) is a plant known throughout the world.

1. Basil is a variation

It is a perennial plant that grows up to a maximum of 60~70 cm. The flowers appear in late summer, are small, white, and blend in the form of flowers at the top of the stem. Because of its unique aroma, it has become a highly prized herb among the Greeks, and it is they who have spread it to virtually all Mediterranean countries. It is an annual plant, which grows to a height of up to 60~7 cm.

2. Basil is farming and farming

It has the characteristics of having 5% of the properties of terpenes, ointment and essential oil.

4. Basil Medicinal properties and use

Basil is an herb used in the treatment of respiratory diseases as well. It is an important herb in the dietary treatment of people with cancer. Basil should be used for its antibacterial and antifungal properties. A factor contributing to such an infection is the low immunity of patients during or after specialised treatment. The herb is also used to treat respiratory ailments. It also has a dense and leprosy effect on the diet of those with cancers. It can also improve the immune function of the nervous system, which makes it easier to use it. The use of basil because of its antibactericidal and anti-fungal properties depends on the presence of small blood vessels in the body.
