Avocado oil characteristics, composition and health properties

Due to its high levels of fats mainly monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) and a number of bioactive substances, avocado can support the work of the whole body. It is a low-carbohydrate, high-protein fruit from which valuable oil is derived.

1. Characteristics and composition of avocado oil

Depending on the ripeness of the fruit, the avocado can contain up to 30% of the fat, consisting mainly of monounsaturated MUFA fatty acids, especially oleic acid, as well as smaller amounts of palm and linoleic acids. The green oils are rich in phosphorus oils from carotenoids and other chlorofluorocarbons, which are extracted from fragile oils in the tropical forests of the Americas, South America, Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Caribbean. It is found in tropical tropical and subtropical waters (Mexico, Brazil, Brazil and Mexico).

2. The health properties of the oil

In addition, compounds such as lutein (carotenoid) and zeaxanthin present in the oil have beneficial effects on the visual system because they prevent the degeneration of the yellow spot. They have anti-inflammatory, anti-antimicrobial properties (prevent the development of blood cholesterol in the treatment of cancer), chemoprotective, as well as chemopreventive properties, which reduce the blood triglycerides in the prostate gland and increase the concentration of cholera in the body.
